I bring a mobile studio setup and run the day to a clear schedule. Each person gets calm direction and a guided selection process.

Your questions, answered.

What level of service should I choose?

Core is the most streamlined option: portraits on white with standard retouching and outputs, usually allowing about 10 to 15 minutes per person. Plus builds on that with portraits on white designed to be close-cropped onto custom backgrounds, with about 15 to 20 minutes per person. Premium includes everything in Plus, along with hair and makeup support and the most time per person, usually about 20 to 30 minutes.

How long does each person take?

Most people move through efficiently. Timing depends on headcount and leadership time. I'll recommend a schedule that keeps quality high and the day calm. Typically 15 to 20 minutes.

Is retouching included?

Yes. Delivered hero images receive natural, executive-appropriate retouching.

What do you deliver?

A retouched hero portrait per person with standardized crops for LinkedIn, web, and internal use, delivered via cloud folders.

How quickly do we receive the images?

Turnaround depends on headcount and options. You'll have a confirmed delivery timeline before we book. Typically 3 to 5 business days.

How should people prepare for their portrait?

Everyone booked gets our Corporate Portrait Guide: what to wear, hair and grooming tips, and what to expect on the day. The short version: solid mid-tone colours, clothing that fits today, hair the way you like it, and bring a second option. Read the Corporate Portrait Guide

Can you match this look for future hires?

Yes. We can document the look so new hires can be matched later, either on-location or in a studio.

Do you travel outside Toronto?

Yes. Toronto and the GTA are the standard service area. Travel outside the region is quoted based on logistics.
